All of the Military Department's solicitaions for bids can be found at the Department of General Services' eMaryland Marketplace website. To find open solicitations:

• Go to https://ebidmarketplace.com/publicVenSolList.asp
• Click the "choose other Agency" link and select "D50 - Military Department" from the list that appears in a new window.
• Find details on the solicitation by clicking the solicitation number
